We provide some of the highest quality entertainment available on the Opensim Hypergrid. By booking an event with us, you are agreeing to the the following Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are subject to approval from our staff, in the event we are unable to approve your booking for any reason (i.e. scheduling conflict not noted by the automated system) your booking fee will be refunded in full to the payment method used.
- Live DJ
- Live DJ + Synchronized Dance Routines
We will arrive at least 15 minutes early for all Live DJ events in order to give the land/region owner time to set the land settings and get other details sorted.
If a Dance Routine is selected, we will arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to set up our dancers and allow the land/region owner time to set the land settings to our radio.
Dance Routine Requirements
The following requirements only apply if a dance routine is selected.
Please make sure you can meet the following requirements prior to booking an event. If you have any doubt, contact us and we will be happy to assist you in testing our set up to insure the event goes as smoothly as possible.
- We will need build permissions on your land in order to set up our NPC rezzers and other stage equipment for the duration of the event.
- You should have an area set up for us to dance, providing adequate space for our dancers to move. The minimum required space is 10 m2 wide, and 3 m2 length. If needed, we can provide you with a footprint prim to place in your region to help insure there is enough space provided.
- We will require adequate OSSL permissions in order to rez, control and animate our dancers. OSSL configurations vary by grid so on some grids this may require temporarily making a member of our staff an Estate Manager, you may remove them after the event concludes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours before the event is scheduled to begin and you will receive a refund in full to the payment method used during booking. Events cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of the event starting are not refundable.
It is your responsibility to insure your event will begin on time, that your region is HG Enabled and any requirements listed above have been met prior to the event. We are not responsible for any difficulties technical or otherwise that arise on your end, and will not refund your booking fee or extend the booking as a result of them. If we hit technical issues on our end, such as our radio not working correctly, etc. we will be happy to extend the time slot (subject to availability) or issue a prorated store credit for the time lost at our sole discretion upon request.
If we have to cancel a booking entirely due to any issues on our end, we will let you know as soon as possible and your booking fee will be refunded in full to the payment method used at booking regardless of any time limits stated above.
